Function to get metadata from a tdata object

Usage

get_metadata(data, dataname)

# S3 method for tdata
get_metadata(data, dataname)

# S3 method for default
get_metadata(data, dataname)

Arguments

data

tdata - object to extract the data from

dataname

character(1) the dataset name whose metadata is requested

Value

Either list of metadata or NULL if no metadata
